I had the pleasure of photographing Maddie in the Fall of 2025. I had first met Maddie when I took her volleyball's team photos. She was so sweet so I was excited when she reached out to me to have me take her Senior photos.

We decided to take the pictures at East End Park. This is such a great place to take pictures, especially if the person you're photographing doesn't have a specific place in mind. In the Fall, you can catch a great sunset, and the grass gets overgrown and looks amazing in photos.

We started the pictures at around 4:30p, at the front entrance of the park. There is a long gravel path, lined on each side by beautiful trees. This creates amazing depth in the photos.

Maddie started out with a white fuzzy sweater and a blue jean mini skirt. We took some different standing poses.

Then she changed in to some jeans and a pink fuzzy sweater. I use this pop out tent that is actually an outdoor camping shower for Seniors to change outfits on location. East End Park doesn't have a restroom so this allows seniors to change wherever we are taking photos. I purchased it on Amazon years ago and it hasn't let me down!

This outfit was a little more versatile, allowing Maddie to sit on a stool for some of the pictures.

We even got a silly photo!

We also got some great shots of Maddie with her grandparents. These were so sweet.

We then moved out to the southeast part of the park. The trees break and there is a huge open field. The grass is overgrown and it is just gorgeous. Maddie had a light floral dress with a slit up the side.

We added in her Bible for some of the shots.

To close out the shoot, Maddie changed in to her volleyball clothes. It worked out nicely because she had practice that evening. We shot these a little past the field on a shallow bridge.

I shot all of these using my Canon EOS with a Canon EF 85mm f/1.8. I edited all of the photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I used the preset Muse from Pretty Presets and Actions. I made the temperature cooler to have Maddie's hair look more brown than red, per her request.
